Does it cost anything to meet with someone at the Medicare Solutions Center?
No! Our agents are paid by the insurance companies they work for, not the members they serve. From start to finish, we never charge anything – no appointment fees, enrollment costs, or anything else. Everything we do is always at no cost to you. That means that you can always get the help you need without worrying about what it will cost you.

Do I have to sign up for anything if I come to the Medicare Solutions Center?
No! In addition to our services being free-of-charge, you are also under no obligation to sign up for anything when you meet with us. If you’d like to schedule an appointment to simply ask questions, feel free! Our goal is to serve you and to meet your Medicare-specific needs, whether that means enrolling in a plan or not.

Do you help people look at specific plans?
Yes. We offer education and enrollment help with a wide variety of Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans. We have a two-step process before talking through plan specific information with individuals. First, we go through a short needs assessment where we identify any doctors, prescriptions and general needs that require coverage from a plan. Then, we get a Scope of Appointment form signed by the individual within 48 hours of the first plan-specific meeting. This form is required by the federal government and simply serves as the individual’s consent to have a conversation about plan options. Contact us if you’re interested in looking at plan options for your particular situation.
